The design of the C-line is based on the improvements employed in CTC's X-Type syringe

Excluded are the inert needle material and the specially treated inside of the glass barrel. As with the X-Type syringe, the construction is characterized by a direct glass/needle connection that completely avoids sample contact with glue or cement. A long-life polymer compound of the latest generation is used as plunger tip material. Additionally, a new flange design with adjustable plunger protects the tip from squeezing.
