AceSeq? Unviersal RNA Kit is used for total RNA isolation from different starting materials such as cells, tissand blood. The kit simplifies total RNA isolation by combining efficient lysis of the starting material and the inactivation of exogenous and endogenous RNases with the efficient removal of genomic DNA by selectively binding to a specific surface of a solid material. Subsequently, the RNA is bound onto the membrane of the Spin Filter. Contaminants are removed by following washing steps and highly purified RNA can be eluted in small volume of RNase free water.
