Bone Marrow-CD36 Early Erythroid Progenitor cells are derived fromBone Marrow-CD34 cells in culture. The Bone Marrow-CD34 cells are cultured for 7 to 8 days using a serum free expansion media for hematopoietic cells, with the addition of SCF (50ng/ml), EPO (2U/ml), IL-3 (10ng/ml), and IL-6 (10ng/ml) growth factors. The cells are harvested from culture, and the Bone Marrow-CD36 cells are positively isolated, using direct immunomagnetic CD36 MicroBeads labeling system
