Description
Mouse Anti-LYST Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-2257). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Lysosomal Trafficking Regulator (LYST). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA. LYST is a protein that regulates intracellular protein trafficking in endosomes, and may be involved in pigmentation. Mutations in this gene are involved in Chediak-Higashi syndrome, a lysosomal storage disorder. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants, though the full-length nature of some of these variants has not been determined.

Partial recombinant corresponding to aa 1-100 from human LYST (NP_000072.2) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
