Human TLR10/NF-kB/SEAP Reporter cell line may be useful for TLR10-based functional studies. The functional activity of the NF-kB/SEAP reporter in the TLR10 stable cell line has been established and validated through PMA activation of the NF-kB pathway. The recombinant form of placental alkaline phosphatase (secreted alkaline phosphatase, SEAP) is used for reporter gene function.
