Rabbit Anti-Human c-Abl (phospho Tyr393) monoclonal antibody for FC, ICC, IF, WB. CAblpY393 Isoform A (Tyrosine-protein kinase ABL1), a protooncogene, is a cytoplasmic and nuclear protein tyrosine kinase that has been implicated in processes of cell differentiation, cell division, cell adhesion, autophagy, apoptosis, and stress response. The DNA-binding activity of CAblpY393 is regulated by CDC2-meditated phosphorylation, suggesting a cell cycle function. Mutations to this gene have been found in Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML).
