This peptide is Histone H3 amino acid residues 1-21. It is acetylated at lysine 18 with a C-terminal GG linker followed by a biotinylated lysine. The acetylation of histone H3 at lysine 18 is used to predict prostate cancer recurrence and clinical outcome of patients with both lung and kidney cancer.
