    DescriptionDLL4 Polyclonal Antibody. Delta-like protein 4 is a single pass type 1 transmembrane protein which plays an important role in the Notch signaling pathway by activating Notch-1 and Notch-4. DLL-4 contains a signal sequence, a DSL domain, eight epidermal growth factor-like repeats, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular region, all of which are characteristics of members of the Delta protein family. It is essential for angiogenesis during embryonic vascular development and is involved in tumour angiogenesis.
