A working dilution of 1:4,000 to 1:20,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Description
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG coupled to agarose. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Chicken Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum.
Immunogen
Anti-Mouse IgG was produced by repeated immunization with Mouse IgG whole molecule in chicken.
