Description
Anti-BK Beta4 Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with BK Beta4 from Human, Mouse, and Rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against BKBeta1, BKBeta2 or BKBeta3. Cross-reactivity with BK Beta4 from other sources has not been determined. Ion Channels research.
Immunogen
BK Beta 4 Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with a fusion protein (entire extracellular domain) of mouse BKBeta4.
