DNA was prepared from cell line WM3438. WM3438 is a human metastatic melanoma cell line that displays a mesenchymal morphology. This cell line contains wild type BRAF, N-RAS, c-KIT and CDK4 genes. WM3438 cells produce xenograft tumors when injected into immunocompromised mice.
