| Description | Anti-NMDA R2B pS1480 antibody is directed against phosphorylated NMDA receptor protein. The antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. The antibody is specific for NMDA receptor phosphorylated at S1480. Immunolabeling is blocked by lambda-phosphatase treatment. Reactivity is expected from the following species based on 100% sequence homology: bovine, canine, chicken, human, mouse, non-human primates and Xenopus. |
