    DescriptionEpitope: a.a. 902-1212. Antigen retrieval (1% SDS for 5 min) required for immunostaining frozen sections. T4 recognizes NKCC1 and NKCC2 on western blots and by IF, but is weak for NKCC2 by IF (PMID: 8572179). Paraffin embedment of ethanol fixed tissue.
