This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Glucose 6 Phosphate Dehydrogenase. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Glucose 6 Phosphate Dehydrogenase and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.625-40 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.267 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Glucose 6 Phosphate Dehydrogenase were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
