Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RANKL which is immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide derived from human RANK which is polyclonal and unconjugated in nature. IT is a transmembrane protein. RANK is found in the pancreas, liver, thymus and colon. It helps in the activation of NF-kB pathway. It also carries out osteoclastogenesis, thermoregulation and also helps in the development of the memory gland. It is also expressed in some cases of cancers as well. RANK has power to interact with TRAFs.
