Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to CD274, which is also known as PDCD1LG1 and B7H1. CD274 is frequently found in the cell membrane and is expressed in the placenta and lungs. It is overexpressed in the breast. This protein is extensively involved in the costimulatory signal that is essential for T-cell proliferation and production of IL10 and IFNG in an IL2-dependent and a PDCD1-independent manner. Its interaction with PDCD1 inhibits T-cell proliferation and cytokine production. This protein is up regulated on T- and B-cells, dendritic cells, keratinocytes and monocytes after LPS and IFNG activation.
