Description
HOMER1 takes part in determining the apoptotic susceptibility to TRAIL. HOMER1 is a member of the Homer family of proteins that regulate signal transduction through, and the trafficking of, glutamate receptors, plus maintain and regulate extracellular glutamate levels in corticolimbic brain regions.
