    DescriptionNUP153 Antibody LS-C9358. Recognizes the nuclear pore complex (NPC) protein nup153 (190kD), present on the inner aspect of NPC with attached filament bundles. It is also reactive with the soluble form of nup153 found e. g. during meiotic metaphase. Species cross-reactivity: Human, rodents (mouse, rat), marsupials (kangaroo rat), amphibia (xenopus, pleurodeles).
