Rabbit polyclonal to RANBP9.RANBP9 interacts with RAN, a small GTP binding protein belonging to the RAS superfamily that isessential for the translocation of RNA and proteins through the nuclear pore complex. RANBP9 hasalso been shown to interact with several other proteins, including met proto-oncogene, homeodomaininteracting protein kinase 2, androgen and glucocorticoid receptors, and cyclin-dependent kinase 11.
