Description
ZONAB Polyclonal Antibody. ZONAB (ZO-1 associated nucleic acid-binding) is a Y-box transcription factor whose nuclear localization and transcriptional activity is regulated by the tight junction-associated candidate tumor suppressor ZO-1. Two ZONAB isoforms are known, a long isoform (ZONAB B) and an alternatively spliced shorter isoform (ZONAB A) that lacks 68 amino acids. ZONAB regulates the expression of the tyrosine kinase receptor HER2, and appears to act in combination with ZO-1 to regulate HER2 expression.
