Description
T1 Monoclonal Antibody (RR5-89). T1 recognizes the chicken cell surface antigen ChT1, a novel member of the Immunoglobulin superfamily. ChT1 is primarily expressed on chicken thymocytes, a subpopulation of bone marrow precursors and a subset of peripheral T lymphocytes. ChT1 plays an important role in the early stages of T cell development.
