Rat Ovarian Surface Epithelial Cells are isolated form normal rat ovary tissue. The cells are characterized by immunofluorescence with antibodies specific to CK18, CK19. T25 flasks is required for cell adhension to the culture vessels. Grow cells in ECM-coated culture vessels with 5% CO2. Each vial contains at least 1x10^6 cells per ml.
