TIGIT and PD-1 has been shown to be over expressed on tumor antigen-specific CD8+ T cells and CD8+ tumor infiltrating lymphocytes from individuals with melanoma . BioVision's TIGIT ELISA kit is a sandwich ELISA assay for the quantitative measurement of TIGIT in human serum, plasma and cell culture supernatants. The density of color is proportional to the amount of TIGIT captured from the samples.
