This product has been prepared from normal mouse serum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antibodies coupled to agarose beads. Extensive cross-adsorbtion was performed to remove any unwanted subclasses. Typically less than 1% cross reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chains isotypes was detected by ELISA.
